Description: I am looking for information on Spooners in MS, specifically Harrison County: Gulfport and Biloxi areas. My father was James Calvin Spooner. I'm not sure about his father's first name. He had two brothers; John Wesley Spooner and Carl Joshua, and one sister; Georgeann Elizabeth spooner. His mother's maiden name was Charlotte Amelia Ainsworth. There were cousins that I remember: Willie Spooner( wife Loretta), Glen M.(Morie, Morey, Moira, not sure of spelling) Spooner(husband Edward Eldridge), Azaline(husband Clarence Allen). I know this is scant information, but all of the family members who were old enough to provide names are deceased. I need and would appreciate any help I can get.
