Origin: I am looking for a Thomas Owens that was a coalminer in the Carbondale area in the early 1800's he married a lady who's maiden name was also Owens which i am trying to find out too. She came over to the US at the age of 12 from Wales with her parents Enos and Sarah Owens of Gibson Pa. Thomas also had a son named Thomas Jr.which he left with Enos asn Sarah after his wife died of child birth. I was told Thomas Sr. might have gone to the Utica Ny area.
