He married Sarah Jane RICHARDS 9 August 1866, in Barbados, probably born in Barbados, but there is no sign of birth records in otherwise well kept Barbadian records. Description: My ggg grandfather as Elliot B. Miller of PA (dunno where) DOB about 1820, DOD 1879 in Bridgewater, Williams Co., OH. First wife named Caroline Feant of PA as well; married in 1830 in Wayne Co., OH. Had several children including Cyrus (served in the 128th OVI Co. C), Rebecca (died at age 18 in Bridgewater, Williams Co., OH), Elizabeth (married named Cassil or Cassel), Benjamin (who may have been a doctor.

Moved from Green, Wayne Co., OH sometime between 1850-1857 to Bridgewater, Williams Co., OH. I am under the impression that extended family moved to this location at about the same time. Caroline died in 1857 in Bridgewater, Williams Co., OH; daughter Rebecca died in 1860.

Elliot remarried Mary Amanda Mullen (my ggg grandmother; DOB 1839 or 1840) of Columbiana Co., OH. She went by Amanda and was known to locals as "Aunt 'manda." They had one son; William Burton Miller (my gg grandfather; DOB about 1868 DOD ?). Elliot worked as a farmer; he died in Jan 1879 or 1880. Amanda died in Williams Co. in 1927 & never remarried... they are all buried in Gardner Cemetery in Bridgewater.

William Burton Miller married Anna Lucretia Smith around 1899 or 1900; they moved the family to Michigan sometime after that. They also had several children including my great grandfather, Robert Alexander Miller.

Robert Alexander Miller married Helen Beatrice Edwards, a widow who's married last name was Darr; she had one daughter from her previous marriage, Christine, but my great Aunt Chris used Miller as her maiden last name. She was of St. Alban's, WV but parents from Indiana. At some point they moved the family from Jackson, Michigan to East Gary Indiana. My grandfather, Robert Eugene Miller I was born sometime before the Indiana move.

Anyone have anything to add to this?
