My great great great grandfather Benjamin ROWE was born in 1800 in the state of Virginia. He married Lorahama Livingston in 1844 in Greene Co. IN. Ledgend has it that Lorahama was a native American whose name translates 'Indian Princess.' The Greene Co. IN 1850 census lists their children as Elisabeth, Cynthy, David, Benjaimin, Mary and Andrew (my great,great grandfather). |
