Leo Adkins from Oklahoma married Peggie King from Los Angeles. Peggie and Leo also had two other children, Randy and Todd. My father Leo was one of eleven children born to Alice his mother, and Jim Adkins. Jim and Alice raised all eleven by farming a small piece of property in Sulphur, Oklahoma. My father's marriage to my mother was his second. From his first marriage I have half brother Curtis and a half sister named Alice Ann. My brother Curtis (now deceased from colon cancer) was married to a beautiful woman named Ruth. Together they reared five children, Curtis Jr., Darcy, Deborah, Loleta, and Sharon. My sister Ann married a man by the name of Harry Mallet. They rasied four children, Toni, Stacy, Gary, and Kelly.\r\nMy mother, Peggie, was the only child of Web and Mary King. She did have a half sister by the name of Marion from her father's first marriage. I have a half brother from my mother as well. His name is Renauld Lee. Web King was a vaudvillian. He and his brother Johnny danced the stages as 'The Layefette Brothers.' They hoofed with the likes of Sammy Davis Sr., The Step Brothers, and Bill Robinson. I have a lot of information on the Laughlin, Davy , Glendenning and Thomson lines, but the Sullivan, Burgess, Farrer, Harman, Trivett and Purchase lines need much more work. Please note that the Davy, Thomson and Glendenning pages are very large and takes time to load.
I am most interested in finding information on James Sullivan who immigrated to Canada in 1912 and left behind their families. I know it is too much to find my grandfather side of the family. (do you know how many James Sullivan's there are?) If you have any information on a James Sullivan born in England on Sept 25 in the 1870's, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!
