Description: I'm researching William Lafayette Morris, b 5 FEB 1848, in New York State d 18 FEB 1927, in Pontiac, Livingston, IL m 8 FEB 1872 + Caroline (Carrie) Dawson. He had 2 sisters, Julia Morris Sprague and Lottie Morris Martin. At age 8yrs moved to Illinois. I would appreciate any information.

James Alanson Clark
Description: James was born: 1823 in Port Leyden, New York and moved to Whitby, Ontario, Canada in 1853, my grandfather Frederick W. Clark was born in Whitby on 11 November 1853, 3 weeks after his parents arrived there. James was a member of Whitby Masonic Lodge, where his father Charles was the first Grand Master of the Whitby Lodge. James was married to Isabel Clough, (nothing else is known about her) James parents were Charles William Clark and Anna (Merwin) Clark. Charles was born in Saybrook, Middlesex, Connecticut, and Anna was born in New York. James later moved to Toronto, Canada, where he was a photographer. I lose him after the 1880 census.
