My GGGGrand-father was William Neale Atkinson born 1813 Liverpool, Lancaster, England. Married Catharine Boscow 1838 Braddan Parish, Isle of Man, England. Immigrated Buffalo NY 1839. Then to Quincy IL in 1840-1850. Died Quincy IL 1855. Catharine's family was also from Liverpool, England. My Great Grand-father Keaton James Wright and wife Dilla Dito Shaw Wright. They married and lived in Haskell county Texas and had 12 children. My GGGGGGGGrand-father was Thomas Brown from the William Penn Colony to my grandfather William Mitchell Brown Jr. Patrick Marion Munn my grandmothers father. Patrick Munn's GGGGGrandfather was Alexander McAlpine Munn of Scotland B1720 D1776. The Anger Family In Midland, Michigan
Anger, Craig, Demmon and Eaves in Ontario, Canada Bartlett, Razee and Sinclair in Maine Opple, Ray and Specht in Illinois Allspaugh, Bollenbaugh, Jewell and Moser in Ohio Christopher Bartlett, b. 1732, and Freelove Razee, b. 1738 both in Cumberland, RI and were married about 1760. I believe they went to Maine. |

John Anderson b. 1812, possibly Fauquier County Virginia, married Philadelphis (Delphia) Curtis, born 1818 in Culpeper County Virginia, the daughter of Thomas Curtis. Her sister was Matilda Ann Curtis who married Aldridge Anderson. John Whitelock born 1815 in Maryland, lived at Port Deposit, Cecil County Maryland, married Mary T. White, born 1819. They are buried at an old Methodist Cemetery near Principio Maryland. They died in 1855 and 1856, respectively. Their orphaned children were split up to live with relatives. Son Frederick (born 1844) and daugher Harriet, born 1856, resided with the family of Jeremiah Watson and his wife Elizabeth (nee White), who was probably their aunt. Daughter Rebecca, born 1846, lived with the family of William Dunahoo, relationship unknown. IGI has his parents as James Whitelo. They had 12 children and their farm, Clover Hill was largely destroyed in the Civil War, although they lived there until their deaths. Children are: William A., Thomas, Peter, Jesse, John, James Herod, Annie Rebecca, Enoch, Marcellus, Mary E., Sarah, and Lewis. John Whitelock born 1815, married to Mary T. White, Children Frederick, Rebecca, and Harriet. They were orphaned at a fairly young age. |

Descendents of William Agnew & Isabella Cail
William Agnew was born about 1786 in Galloway, Scotland. He arrived at Brown's Yard on the Richibucto River, Kent County, New Brunswick in 1819 as a Pilot (the person who navigates ocean going vessels through river channels). From his land grant petition we have learned that he served in the Royal Navy for three years. Family tradition has him marrying Isabella Cail aboard ship as she was emigrating from Westmoreland, England to New Brunswick. They died sometime between 1861-1871. |
