Louisa Wylie ( Blackmore) of Finisklin Sligo
The Wylies came from Armagh Northern Ireland,in the Loughgall region. They were Methodists. Some of the Wylies are registered in the Richill register there.They date back to the 1790's to a Samuel George Wylie. Frances Jenkinson 1835 and father Henry Jenkinson came from Cloghan Parish of Kilmore Armagh. The Frizzell's came from Waterford City Ireland. Jane Carew married Patrick Frizzell in c1833 in St Patricks, Church Waterford City. |

Cherokee Falls SC Patterson Family Ties
My father is Etoyse Patterson born in Kings Mtn NC but called Cherokee Falls SC his home. He had several brothers: Little, Newton, JB, etc. He had several sistes: Goldie Hambright [married Arthur Hambright], Voltie White, Bertice (Bert) Parton [married Floyd Parton], etc. My grandmother was Martha Jane (Moss) Patterson. His father was A.G. Patterson. I have 1 sister Carolyn and 1 brother Wesley. \r\n\r\nWe know we\re related to families of Hambright, White, Moss, Patterson, and Peterson in and around Blacksburg SC.\r\n\r\nLittle Patterson married Louise Wylie who has 2 sisters: Two sisters are named Shirley, Earline (Red), and Liza. Shirley has 1 daughter (Kathy Butler) and 1 granddaughter (Kayleigh. Red never had children. Liza has 2 daughters: Becky & Faye. \r\n\r\n\r\nLittle & Louise Patterson had 6 children: \r\n\r\n1. Patricia (Pat) Ann (Patterson) Hughey [married Eddie Hughey] with 2 children: Timmy Dale Hughey and Juanita Hughey.\r\n2. Gene Dale (Dale) Patterson with 1 son: Michael Dale Patterson.\r\n3.
