Here, There and Everywhere' around the Virginia counties of Floyd and Montgomery, I am researching (among others) the names JENNINGS, EPPERLY, WICKHAM, PAYNE, WIMMER, SOWERS, POFF, TRAIL, LAWRENCE, AKERS, and LESTER. \r\n\r\n'The Long and Winding Road' that leads to Kanawha and Fayette County West Virginia is where I am researching the names HUDNALL, BARR, SCHOOLCRAFT, REED, McCUNE and others. JENNINGS, EPPERLY, SOWERS, POFF and TRAIL also came to this area of West Virginia as did numerous other Floyd/Montgomery County Virginia families |

He was 17 yrs. old, living at home with George and Lydia. Irving Jackson (I.J.) married Lila MORELAND b.1889 Bald Knob, AK. d.1968 Texarkana, TX. Charles married Betty ? b.1869 MO. Nettie was last reported on1880 census Branch, Marion County, KS. She was 8 yrs. old living at home with George and Lydia. My information on the SCHULTE family starts with two brothers, Henry C. SCHULTE and Carl SCHULTE. They were born in Halzhausen, Germany. Henry was born in Jan, 1849 and Carl was born Sept. 1850. They migrated to the U.S. between 1871-1881 and settled in Chariton County, MO. I have not found any information on the parents of Henry and Carl. Henry married Emma Marie MEYER b. Aug. 1872 Germany. They had three daughters, Lena, Leta, and Minnie. Carl married Wilhemina JOHANNING b.1861 Germany. They had four children,Charles, Rudolph William, Christina, and Emma. |
