Later Green Whatley appears in the 1920 and 1930 Stockton and Deans Baldwin, County, Alabama Census with his second wife Mary Alice Jaye-Whatley and their six children, Jimmie, Lindsey, Arthur, Irene, Sadie, and Lucy Whatley. Green Whatley died in 1937 in Stockton, Baldwin County Alabama and is buried at the Lathum Methodist Cemetery in Lathum, Alabama.
