John Baker (1790 - 1838), married to Tabitha Baker (Tabby) (1805 - ?) from North Coralina ? They may have both moved from North Carolina. They had sons Willim Cowan Baker (1833 - 1918) who married Edith Fugate (1835 - 1885), and George A. Baker(1837 - ?) married to Julia Waddle (1838 -1896) (or Julian Waddle), and son John H. Baker (1831 - ) married to Melissa Blevins (1834 - ?), (I think he was John Henderson Baker) |

Joseph Stimac who emigrated from Crni Lug, Austria (now Croatia)and Nels Lundquist Anderson(from Sweden-city unknown). My mother Antonya, my aunt Anna and my uncle Joseph Stimac Jr. were born in Crni Lug and came to this country with my grandmother, Antonya Pinter Stimac during 1912. My grandmother's sisters, Mary, Josephine and Francis Pinter also emigrated to the U.S. at about the same time but the exact time is unknown. Mary married Antone Stimac in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Nelson Lundquist Anderson was my grandfather on my father's side. His family name was Lundquist, but he changed it to Nelson Lundquist Anderson after his arrival in the United States. He was born in Sweden and emigrated to the U.S. on an unknown date but presumably prior to 1900. His son, my father, was Cleo Bengt Anderson and my grandmother's name was Mary Vanzella Waddle. Mary Waddle was half Sioux Indian and half Irish. |
