Description: William Brown married Nancy Carothers July 13, 1844 the names of their children from the 1860 census are: Esther(her name was Easter), William, Marah, Sarah, Peter and Michael. I know that William brown fought in the war of 1812 and I have his obit from February 1865. His first wife's name was Rosannah,his children that were murdered were John,Elizabeth(Betsy),George, Jacob, and David. He also had two older daughters, one who lived away, I think in Center County, the other was married to Robert McConaghy who was convicted of the murder. I would appreciate any help on finding some of his decendents.

Description: i am in search of my great, great grandmother, whose name i do not know of. she had a daughter named Sally who married Willie Mays and they had several children.
Both Willie and Sally are from Bullock Alabama. they evidently moved to Fairmont West Virginia some time in the late 1800's. My grandmother Mamie Mays was born there. she married Clarence Vaughn
i believe Sally's fathers name was Thomas Mack.
