Description: My grandfather, Josef Varga came to the U.S. in 1902 from Hungary. His family had a vineyard, and raised black Arabian Horses. He was in the Crown Guard in 1900. He had 7 brothers and 3 sisters. we do not know their names.
My grandmother, Juliana Szuras Nemeth, we think came to the U.S. before my grandfather, but we are not sure when. She also worked in the palace in Budapest as the head pastry chef.
We believe both of them were from the Budapest area.
