Mary Ann Shortliff b. 1823 Rutlandshire d. May 5/1853, m. on May 3/1846: 4 children--James Feb 23/1847; Elizabeth Ann Mar 23/1849; John Thomas b. Sep 17/1851 d. 6 moes.; John (2) Sep 16/1852. Other Children of James/Charlotte: William (Bill) b. 1819; Elizabeth (Bess) b. 1821; Eliza b. 1836 died very young; and, Luke b. Jan 4/1829. John (1) and Luke moved to the states in 1856, at least, John (2) came as well don't know about John (1)s other children. Before John (1) came to america he remarried to Elizabeth Money Apr 12/1822 in Barrowby, Granthum. Elizabeth Money's niece Sarah Jane Money, had a child William Money Grice with John 2 in america.
