Josie was married to Oscar Cecil Joiner. Josie Joiner's mother's name was Ida Buchanan. They lived in Spencerville, Oklahoma. She was married to a man by the last name of Horn. Oscar Cecil Joiner had a brother named Charlie Joiner that was buried in North Ben Cemetary in Washington State. In addition, I'm researching the Roan family.
