Origin of Lubow Total Records: 1  Origin of Lubow, Meaning of Lubow Origin: The surname "Lubowicki" is the english form of the surname "Lubovisziki" which originated from Ukraine (formally U.S.S.R) during the early 1800's and before. During World Ware I, the name was then renamed to males having the last name from "Lubovisziki" to "Lubowicki" and females from the above name to "Lubowicka" when many Ukrainian's migrated to Poland. How ever, the name was extended as apart of an unknown reason to "Lubowicki-Stasiak" and "Lubowicka-Stasiak". The extended surname "Stasiak" was never used and was used as a seperate surname but only by members of the same family tree.
