The oldest one in my tree is Djuro Bastasic and his wife Ana Vukelja. His son Mile was born in 1870.He was my great great father.The first information about my roots I have found in the year 1536 in Zumberak,Croatia. Thompson & Nelsons Mable Thompson's parents came from Norway to Min. U.S.A. and from there, moved to Sask. Canada where mother was born 4 June 1904. Our father Carl Bergerud (eldest son of Anders Reirson Bergrud), moved with his parents to northern Sask where my parents met and married 26 June 1924 in Northern Church Sask.
