The Baker and Lockyer Family of Newfoundland
Baker family of Newfoundland Canada. They are from the Trinity Bay region of Newfouondland. My grandfather Gorge baker came from Hatched cove point where only one other family lived. When he was a teenager they moved to Goobies. His wife Francis Penny came from Sunnyside. Her mothers name was Aida Ethel. Lockyer and Strowbridge family of Woody Island, Plancetia Bay, Newfoundland. My grandfather George Lockyer came from a little place next to Woody Island that people called The Main He moved to Woody Island, where he married Mary Lilly Strowbridge.
