The Adams-Curtis-Johnson-Van Hyning Family Home Page
Current research centers around Ron's roots in the Adamses, generally living in Marion and Morrow Counties of Ohio prior to the Civil War. A particular challenge is finding the parents and siblings of Ron's great-great-grandfather, Joseph, born in NY or VT around 1823, who moved with wife Sophronia (Lucy) Brown and daughter Maria to Morrow Co. around 1840-42. Research in Karen's family is focusing on her grandfather, Robert Harold Johnson and his eight or so children with his first wife, Goldie Mae Yonkin. In the early 1920's, they resided in Maryland or York, PA. \r\n |
