Origin of Keach Total Records: 1  Origin of Keach, Meaning of Keach Origin: Keech is an anglo-saxon word meaning fat or tallow and the practice of naming workmen by the work they performed leeds to Keech being a low grade labourer who probably removed the layers of flesh and fat from animal hides.
