He spent most of his time in Guadeloupe, that is where he met and married my grandmother. He was married to Louisa Jules of Laudat, Dominica. They had a daughter, Mathilda. Mathilda was born in Guadeloupe but she grew up in Laudat. There is a half-sister called Silma(not sure of spelling). His father's name was Aubrey. He had five brothers and a sister. They were Fortune, Auldrick, Ewle,Augustus, Garnet and Theresa. Garnet and Theresa are the only ones still alive. My g-granddad was Jimmy Jean-Jules Laudat. He was also known as Simon Jules. Louisa Jules was born in 1921 and died in 1989. I know that she was one of nine children and that she was the youngest. Her brothers and sisters were Harold, Marie, Sedley, Arthur,Gerald, Wylie and Etherline. My grandparents were married for a while and then they divorced but I don't know when. All I know about my g-gradmother is that her name was Mathilda Peters and she died in 1942. My g-grandad remarried to a Theresa Laudat.
