Some of Michel's descendants were deported to France in the mid 1750s where they remained about thirty years and migrated to Louisiana in 1785. Research on the CARLINE terminates with Joseph CARLIN Jr. born about 1742 in France son of Joseph born in Lombardy, Italy. The Carlines came to Louisiana in the 1700s. |
