Ernest Englebert Jacobson, born 9/27/1925. His parents were Helmer Johann Jacobson and Martye Jacobson. According to family legend the family trace their roots to Sweden and Germany. Henry Higgins, born 8/7/1924. I believe that he resided in Portland, OR and may have been a policeman. His mother's name was Grace Parker and his father may have been named Henry Higgins. He married Hazel Marie Peacher in 1941, and divorced her after their 4 children were born. Then he disappeared from their lives. |
