Description: I am trying to locate the parents of Mary Jane Houston born in TN about 1827. Before 1854 she married John Bunyan H. Hogan in Arkansas. They had the following children: Elizabeth Ellen, Mary D., George Anthony, Sarah Narcissus all born in Arkansas. Mary Jane died on the trail near Belleville, IL about 1862. Does anyone out there know of Mary Jane. I believe Mary Jane and John were in Jefferson County, Arkansas before they went to Illinois.
