Origin of Heas, Meaning of Heas
Origin: Next to the previous branch another one in Torregrossa formed by Joan Theas (origin todavia not known) and Elena natural Gili appears of Alcarras. This marriage arrives at Torregrossa with a daughter around 1703, of profession tailors. The first births and deaths register like ' Teas', ' Theas' or ' Th?as', is not to be strange since the letter ' h' is dumb and the accentuation always is not respected. Between 1819 and 1830 are the first annotations like ' Tehas', these are become general and as of 1850 no longer are the initial forms. Of this form Tehas' is created ' as an orthographic variation of the last name ' Theas' with origin in Torregrossa, which will extend by the province of L?rida i Barcelona.
