The family moved to Tippah Co. MS bef. 1850, where Isaac d. abt. 1851. Children: Samuel B., John M, Abraham, A. C., Ambrose, Isaac, Jr., Elizabeth, Jesse, William E., Martha A. and Berry Wilbur. My gg-grandfather Isaac L. B. JAMES, Jr.(known as I.L.B) was b. 10 Mar. 1828 in TN. He married Mary Jane HIGGINS, b. 15 Mar. 1831 in TN, on Aug. of 1849 in Giles Co. TN. 'Janey', as she was known, was the daughter of James Higgins and Mary Moore of Giles Co., TN. I. L. B. and Janey were in Tippah Co. MS in 1850, the year my ggrandfather James Higgins JAMES was b. on 6 Dec.
