Fox, William Sr. Born in Kings County, Ireland October 16,1819, died in Birch Coulee, MN 1905. Most of the family at some point resided in the Birch Coolee area of Renville Cty, MN near Franklin, MN. Census show children being born in Pennsylvania (James), Kentucky or Louisianna (Matthew), and Iowa (possibly McGregor) (Catherine, Margaret, Mary, William, Thomas.) Bergstrom resided in Michigan (Menominee),Wisconsin(Plainfield and Racine) and also Minnesota (Renville Cty) Two brothers were Nels(on)Peter and Olaf Bergstrom (father stated as William on death certificate of Nelson P.) DOB for Nelson Peter was May 12 1859 in Englholm Skeoning, Skofde, Sweden and DOD was October 17, 1934 in Plainfield, Wisconsin. Rumor is that surname was originally Nelson and they changed it upon arriving in America. Nelson P was my great grandfather. He married Karen Marie Jenson and they had 8 children. Frederick, Betsy Ehorea, Ernest, Emma, Edna, Alfred, Alfred, and Albert. Ernest was my grandfather. Cummings, James , born in Iowa, December of 1860, Died 1935 in Blooming Prairie, MN. Atkinson and Clark Families in Southern Ohio
Atkinson family From Harrison, Morgan, and Perry county Ohio\r\n\r\nJames Atkison, is the father of Samuel James Atkinson, of Morgan and later Morgan County. James, was married to Sarah Phillis, in Morgan county, 1863.\r\n\r\nAyers family connection is through Gladys Ayers, the daughter of David Ayers and Jane Townsend. David is the son of Isaac and Ann Hope Ayers, of southern Ohio. Isaac was also married to Samantha Anderson in 1861, in Vinton county, Ohio.\r\n\r\nJane Townsend is the daughter of Martin Townsend and Louisa Graham, from Meigs and Athens county area.\r\nMost of my Atkinson and Clark research centers around Southern Ohio, in Harrison, Perry, Morgan, Athens, and Franklin counties. \r\n\r\nSeveral Clark Cousins have shared their research, for which I thank them. John Clark moved from Maryland to Pennslyvania, reaching Perry County, about 1820.\r\n\r\nMy Mansfield, Oyler and Stevens research has been centered in northern Ohio. The Oylers were originally from North Carolina, before moving to the midwest.
