Fearis Genealogy Page Directory  Total Records: 1  Still Searching for the Ancestry of John ATTEBERRY Still in Search of our Grandfather John ATTEBERRY, ~ new site ~ said to have been born circa 1878 ~ 1889 John Atteberry's UNKNOWN parents may have been living in Springfield, Missouri in 1927! And actually I think John was lying when he testified this because it is likely that John's parents were John Albert ATTERBERRY and Lydia C. STACKS or SWARTS and John Albert was residing in Oklahoma. According to the 1930 census, John ATTEBERRY served in WWI !! However, we do not know where & cannot find draft record. It is possible that he enlisted. We still do not know "for sure" that his parents may have been John Albert and Lydia but I am 99.9% sure! I Often wonder when and where he died!
