They settled in Pa., Mi., and Ok. My paternal great grandparents are Matthias Baustert and Elizabeth Engle, and Jacob Schmidt and Elizabeth Heintz. My paternal grandparents were Nicholas John Baustert and Anna Schmidt. My maternal grandparents are Albert Edward Hartman and Effie Belle Goldinger. My wife is RoseMary Basista. Her paternal great grandparents were Michael Basista and Anna Kertis, and Michael Margitan and Anna Morgan. Her paternal grandparents were Michael Basista and Mary Margitan. Her maternal great grandparents were Matthew Kelcha (aka Zalobin) and Suzanne Olaxsovich, and Michael Fencik and Anna. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Zalobin and Anna Fencik. Edward Bently Gilder, Head Maggie Reese Gilder, Wife Alice Gilder, Daughter, born June 29th, 1896 Gertrude Gilder, Daughter, born about 1894 Edward and Maggie had one more daughter in 1901...Marian, and then Maggie died when Marian was 4 or 5 (1905-1906). Edward was born around 1864 and immigrated to this country from England around 1890. His wife was Maggie Reese, born around 1874 in Philadelphia. Maggie died around 1905 in Philadelphia. Maggie had one sister Elsie. Frederick Buchler married Marian Gilder on May 26th, 1924. Frederick was born in Pennsylvania on Dec 11th, 1887. He had two older brothers, Augustus and William. All of them were born in Pennsylvania, but either one or both of their parents were born in Germany. Frederick's birth certificate lists his parents as Joseph and Mrs. Biehler, but his Baptismal Certificate lists his parents as Frederick Bichler and Elizabeth Fillers, and still another record (his Funeral book) lists his Parents as Augusta and Elizabeth Buchler. On my half brother William C. ALLEN's side we're working on the descendants of John Alexander TAYLOR, a Scottish banker who emigrated to New York City in 1821. Looking for desc. of his 3 sons' and daughter, Peter B. TAYLOR, William Lamont TAYLOR, Alexander TAYLOR, Sr. and Sister TAYLOR who married McKEWAN in mid 1800's in NYC. The TAYLOR line married into the WILLIAMS line of Quakers who descend from the first William son of Edward, a founder of the Thomas-Jones Colony in Merion Meetinghouse, on the Schulkill River at what became Philadelphia, 1682-present). William COTTER married Eliza FOWLER in New York City, after coming from Cork, Ireland c. 1845. Only son known at present is James Francis COTTER, 1848-1929 who lived in Bethel, CT. Jean George PARROT, desc. of French imigrants to the Fort Wayne, IN area 1850-present; desc of Valentine B. STILLER in IN, MI, 1860-present; desc. of Nicholas HOFFMAN in the Utica, NY Steve Allen, Jr.

Also the Paul Rudolph Stolle, Sr/Wilaminna Lehrman/Barbetta Rinderknecht Bachman Family, --- what we have come to call the Stolle-Bachman Family.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Paul Oswald Schulz and Ella Emelia Zoch Family came from Fayette County, Texas and settled in Wilbarger County, Texas.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Michael Schoppa and Maria Zoch Family lived in Lee County and Fayette County, Texas. Some decendants moved to Wilbarger County, Texas.\r\n\r\n\r\nI also have information on the Chorpening Family that decended from Hendrick Courpenning, John George Chorpening, and Michael Chorpening. \r\n
