Description: I am the fifth great grandaughter of Cherokee Indian Chief, PATHKILLER. He once was granted a 640 reservation downtown Loudon,TN. PATHKILLER and his son ARCHILDA, ran the ferry that was on his land very successfully. PATHKILLER and his family : wife, Sookey Martin, children-Archilda, Alcey, and Sarah lived there peaceably amone the white man. Then, the well to do BLAIR FAMILY took PATHKIIER to court. It turned out to be the longest court case in history. The first time the verdict went to PATHEILLER and he went back to his land. But, the BLAIRS weren't happy with this outcome and vowed to brake PATHKILLER down until he had no money left. He succedded and a year later PATHKILLER and his family wer forciably evicted off his own property.. I am his fifth great grandaughter on my Mother's side of the family (HEATON).
