Martin Mellinger returned to Liditz, PA in 1863 after his medical discharge from the Army in Ohio. By 1865 Martin is in Stephenson Co, Illinois and marries Anna Sellers, also of PA. They have three daughter together, Mary, Sarah, and Emma Elizabeth. Emma and Sarah list Princeton Indiana as their place of birth. Sometime after Emma's birth in 1873, Martin and Anna divorced. Ethel was born on 25 Nov. 1899 in Divide, Wy. She died on 26 July 1989 in Nampa, Idaho. They had eleven children. Silas' fathers name was Silas Hiram, his mothers name was Ellen Rebecca McCaughey. Ethel's fathers name was Joseph H. Townsend, her mothers name was Alice E. Cummings. Thomas Pitman Archer. Born 13 Jan. 1871. died on 4 May 1934 in Alamosa, Co. He married Kathryn (Kate) White. Kathryn was born on 6 April 1872 and died on 4 August 1934 in Alamosa, Co. They had three sons ( that I know of) Clyde Lawrence, Howard, Walter and a Daughter, Lucille Katherine. Clyde was born on 25 Feb. 1893 in Moberly, Missouri. He died 18 Sept. 1976 in Caldwell, Idaho. He married Silva Maragaret Ekhoff, on 16 April 1924 in Alamosa, Co. Silva is the daughter of Johann Jergon Ekhoff and Adelina Meta Seba. Johann was one of three Ekhoff brothers who married three Seba sisters.
