Ackerson - Lawrence genealogy
I have research on Ackerson,Perry, Alford, from upper NY.\r\nMy research also includes Lawrence-Lourenco, da Silveira, Calder, Baker (Boulanger), O\neill (O\Neil) and various other names from marriages, etc.\r\nI will gladly send you what I have. \r\nMy paternal side starts with gr-parents Lourenco and Da Silveira from Azores, Portugal. Brothers and sisters of the Lourenco and da Silveira families came to the states and settled in RI, Ma,Ca, and one Lourenco brother settled in Brazil. \r\nI have a decent amount of info on the da Silveira, Dutras, da Fargas side of the family. \r\nHere is where my search has ended and I have hit that brick wall. Gr.Gr parents Manuel Caetano Lourenco bn. abt. 1845 married Maria Ceaudia. 9 children lived to adulthood. My grand father--Antone bn. 1867, Francisco, Joseph, Manuel, Maria, Ermlia, Isabel, Delphina, and Marion are his breothers and sisters.\r\nThe biggest challenge so far and my maternal side: Calder, Baker (Boulanger), O\neill. \r\nGr. Grand parents: William Walter Calder bn. 1875, and wife Lucy Adeline Connell Calder of Somerset, Ma.\r\nGrandfather Leonard Connell Calder b.1902 in Somerset, Ma. died in 1975 in Catonsville, Md and was buried in Pa. He married Catherine Baker in Boston. They livPam Ackerson |
